Hubcap Spinners!

I saw these shopping around, and when I drove out actually saw them on a car. Unbelievable:

No, I haven't seen those silver, but I did come up for that idea in high school, figured it wouldn't work because it'd look goofy, and sometimes tires stick out. :(

I can't find the Bling Fake 17's on Ebay....but thats where I saw them.

I was just at PepBoys and they have the wheelcovers that started this thread. Four for $50. The have Chrome, Red and Blue spinners with chrome outside and inside spokes. The spinner is inside of the two sets of spokes.
