I will be getting new rubber to wrap my 16' BBS. I have the Michelin VX4 energy plus currently. Not much tread left, so I'll be looking into new tires. Help a brotha out. I'm looking for tread life, wet traction, etc. I really like the directionals like the Kuhmo Ecsta but I've heard mixed reviews. your input is appreciated.

I've got some Toyo Proxes I'll sell ya real cheap. 205/55/R16
I bought 17's, so these are just taking up space.
I want to buy some goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires next. The Toyos did very well in the rain, as did my stock Dunlop SP Sport 8000E tires. From what I've heard, the Bridgestone SO3 tires are AWESOME in the rain, but they are very heavy (and wide) while the Toyos are very light.
I have some 16" Yokohama Parada Spec-2 Tires on my wife's car. They do alright in the rain, but they handle VERY WELL! Extremely sharp turn in (too much for her) A very manuverable tire.

I agree. the FM901's will be one of my top choices as my daily tires. Pirelli handles great but is far too soft, Kuhmo is a decent economy tire but performance is moderate and road noise is pretty extreme, Bridgestone handles great but also wears quickly just as Pirelli. My best advice to you is to look for a tire thats above the 280 treadwear rating and closer to 400 if you're looking for a good performance/durability combination

the FM901s are nice. I wouldn't say they're amazing at all, but they grip pretty nicely and the ride is comfortable.

Those FM901's are perfect. Like you said more bang for your buck. My wallet thanks you. Are those rim protectors on the sidewall?

Whats the story on these Fuzion tires. I hear they are Bridgestone's rebranded...

I'm not sure about that...
I'm leaning towards the Dunlops, but if my budget allows it I'll problably check out the Michelin Pilot A/S.

The Fuzions are taking over the Potenza lineup. The S-03 tires have been discountinuted and you should see most of the Potenza line up disappear soon

I looked at the Accord Special editions, and I couldn't tell what was so special. The only thing it had over a regular accord was a set of alloy rims. No leather, no CD, automatic, 4cyl...I was bummed, I thought it'd be nicer than that.

Yeah, Everyone stares and points at it and she gets lots of compliments. Its the coupe. 160hp, but not like my Jetta. It really needs a sway bar.
