Still Having Issues with WheelMax

Just need to vent on the terrible customer service Im being given from wheelmax.com. If you all remember when I purchased my rims I was told I would get a 1 year complimentary road hazard warranty. Well after getting the rims I was charged for that. They couldnt honor the salesmans word but they did offer me a chance to have the warranty removed and the cost credited to my account. I decided to go ahead with the warranty. At the same time the sales rep had charged me $5 more for each rim than advertised. I am still waiting for that $20 credit. I bought my rims in February. Everytime I call they have the credit in the computer but they have never processed it. $20 isnt a lot but it is a tank of gas when youre broke...

Nah, they won't freak. They've had far worse threads on Vortex and they continue just as before.

I bought wheels from them a few years ago, the lugnuts they sent with the wheels were to big to even fit the hole in witch they were to go in. I was in an accident and screwed up two of them, so I went to order 2 more, they would not let me just have 2 wheels. they said I had to get a whole set. so after a month of bitching I finally got them to just sell me two wheels.. they have horrible customer service....

Yeah WHEELMAX seems to have great prices but its nothing but weak customer service.

Tire Rack pwns! They have the BEST customer service, and their prices are fair too. I really trust their people and their products. They know their stuff. I bought ONE wheels form them and they threw in 5 lugbolts, even though I already had 20...........BTW....anybody need five lugbolts? ;)

yeah,tire rack is awesome!I get my tires/wheels from them in 2 days!!Only because one of there warehouses is in Indiana,among other places.

yeah i got my tires super fast from the rack. dude called me to check my order since i was ordering 2 different tire sizes and he had a dub. we talked mods for a few minutes. very cool :)

yeah...tire rack is sweet...got the P-Zero Nero M&S from them for the A4.

i hope you actually get that refund from Wheel Max this time! there is nothing like shitty customer service to make you and fellow enthusiasts steer clear of a company.
